    Seattle Public Library Computer Classes
    Seattle Public's ambitious program even takes laptop computers on the road in its new travelling computer lab program. These free classes address a range of competencies from basic computing and e-mail to Internet searching and investment research. The process approach (as opposed to the traditional list of resources or pathfinders) empowers users to work and learn independently after their initial introduction.

Point-of-need instruction that is being linked-to by all types of libraries. 

    Public Library Toolkit

    AT&T Cyber-Navigators
    ". . .in which the Chicago Public Library, AT&T, and skilled college students, work together to help Chicagoans navigate the world of technology." 

    Canadian Health Network 
    Operating partners include Vancouver (B.C.) Public Library and the Prince Edward Island Health Information Resource Centre. 

    Information Literacy Instructional Pipeline Partnership (ILIPP) 
    a sequenced information literacy and instructional technology - based pilot program involving the UCLA College Library and its partners. Teachers in the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) Venice-Westchester cluster work in teams with librarians and media specialists. 

    Information Literacy Community Partnerships Toolkit
    Part of ALA President Nancy Kranich's IL initiative, designed to "bring together librarians from school, academic, public and special libraries and community members/organizations to help prepare the public to utilize information efficiently and effectively." 

    Multnomah County Library School Corps
    ". . .connects students and teachers with the critical information resources of the public library. The goal of the School Corps is to increase the information literacy of students in Multnomah County by working in partnership with local schools. 

    New York Small Business Resource Center

    Examples of Partnerships Focussed [sic] on Information Literacy
